It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or valuation advice, and using the site does not create any professional-client relationship. The tools produce illustrative estimates from the limited information you enter; they are not appraisals, valuations, or fairness opinions, and real transactions will differ. Every business and every deal is different. Consult qualified professionals before acting on anything here.
The tools are free for your personal, non-commercial use in evaluating your own situation. You agree not to copy, scrape, resell, reverse-engineer, or systematically extract the tools or site content, and not to use the site in any unlawful way or in a way that interferes with its operation. We may modify or discontinue any tool at any time.
Pre-orders of The Precision Exit are charged at the time of order and ship on or about mid-September 2026. If shipping will be materially delayed beyond the stated window, we will notify you and you may cancel for a full refund. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships by emailing us. After delivery, physical books may be returned within 30 days in resalable condition for a refund of the purchase price; return shipping is at your cost. Books that arrive damaged or don't arrive at all will be replaced or refunded, your choice, just email us. Prices are in US dollars, and applicable taxes and shipping are shown at checkout.
The site, the tools, the book, The Precision Exit, Notes From the Closing Table, and all associated content, designs, and marks are owned by CNC Strategies Group Inc. or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. Free downloads such as Chapter One are for your personal use and may not be redistributed or sold.
The site and tools are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that results from the tools reflect what your business is worth or what any buyer or lender will do.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost business value, arising from your use of the site, the tools, or the content. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of fifty dollars or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your violation of these terms or your misuse of the site.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, whose jurisdiction you consent to.
